Our Story

From one truck on the Hume,
to Melbourne's most-craved.

No investors. No franchise playbook. Just two mates from the northern suburbs, a dessert truck, and a stubborn belief that Melbourne deserved better desserts.

Where It Began

Campbellfield.
One truck. Two mates.

Before the stores, before the lines around the block, before the viral videos — there was a single dessert truck parked on the Hume Highway in Campbellfield.

Ahmed and Moey grew up on the food of Melbourne's north — generous, fresh, made with pride. When they fired up that first truck, they brought something the city had never seen: Melbourne's first ever açaí bowls, scooped thick and stacked high, served out a truck window late into the night.

They did everything themselves. Prepped the fruit. Customised the machines until the açaí texture was perfect. Served every customer like a guest in their own home. People didn't just come back — they brought their whole families.

The Journey

Nothing to something,
the long way.

  1. Step 1

    The Beginning

One truck on the Hume Highway

Ahmed and Moey open a single dessert truck in Campbellfield and serve Melbourne's first ever açaí bowls. Word of mouth does the rest.

  2. Step 2

    The Grind

    One truck becomes four

Lines stretch down the street, so the fleet grows. Four Crave 'N' Go trucks turn a car park into Melbourne's favourite outdoor dessert hangout — families, mates and midnight cravings all welcome.

  3. Step 3

    The Flagship

    Bricks, mortar & neon

The first permanent store opens at 1670 Sydney Road, Campbellfield — purple neon, white brick and the same menu that started it all, now with room to sit down and stay a while.

  4. Step 4

    The Takeover

    Across Victoria

Epping. Roxburgh Park. Hoppers Crossing. Carlton flagship on Lygon St. Every new store opens with the energy of a festival — and the all-you-can-eat açaí nights become Melbourne food legend.

The Crew

Ahmed & Moey —
and the unbeatable team.

Two mates who turned a truck window into a movement. Every shake mixed, every cup layered, every late-night order — powered by a crew that loves the craft as much as the founders do.
